Yes, But you will need to pay for a separate subscription per device, luckily it’s super affordable! Though Pretty Simple wasn’t designed for multiple users we have had several small companies use the same login information for multiple phones.

iOS: you can cancel your subscription by going into “Settings” in the Pretty Simple app, and then tap on “Manage Subscription” to cancel.
Android: log on to the web app and visit the account page. Then find the subscription management section and click on cancel subscription.
Absolutely! You can now sign up on the website here, and then simply do not download the companion app. Please note that if you are choosing to use your iPhone in the future, you’ll need to sign up from that phone directly first or pay for a second device in the future.
Android: Log in to your Pretty Simple account and then go to the settings/account page and there you can update you plan, credit card information, and delete your data.
iPhone: All of the billing actually goes through Apple, so on your phone you’ll go to “Settings” and then tap on your name at the top where it says “Apple ID, iCloud, Media & Purchases” and then you can manage your subscription and billing information there.
You can add new sources or delete old ones by going to your settings on either your phone or desktop.
Log into Pretty Simple on your computer and the you’ll need to download a spreadsheet template to add your leads to and then upload.

- Columns must be in this order and spelled the same: Name, Value, StartDate, Source, Temperature, FollowupDate, Note
- Temperature must be: hot, warm, or cold.
- Export the spreadsheet as a .csv file (text encoding: Unicode UTF-8).
- Click to upload or drag and drop your .csv file to the box on your settings page to upload. (Maximum of 100 records)
